Corporate Knights - The Canadian Magazine for Responsible Business
About us

Corporate Knights Magazine, the magazine for clean capitalism, is published 4 times per year by Corporate Knights Inc. Founded in 2002, Corporate Knights Inc. is an independent Canadian-based media company that publishes the world’s largest circulation magazine with an explicit focus on corporate responsibility. The mission of Corporate Knights Inc. is to humanize the marketplace. Corporate Knights also publishes the annual Best 50 Corporate Citizens in Canada as a Globe and Mail insert, and the annual Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World, announced each year at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

The mission of Corporate Knights is to humanize the marketplace:
•    By making it easier for people to know the environmental and social impacts of their marketplace decisions;
•    By showcasing the leaders and innovators, and
•    By bringing together key decision makers from all sectors to identify common sense solutions that make the market work better for the environment, society and economy.

Our goal is to jumpstart Canada to become the world leader in responsible commerce. We believe a responsible corporate culture can foster a more livable world for all. We believe that a properly designed marketplace and an informed citizenry can deliver:
•    Healthier people
•    Cleaner air
•    Cleaner water
•    More flourishing forests
•    Safer and more secure workplaces
•    More respect for human rights
•    More low-and-zero-footprint energy
•    A stronger economy

We will measure progress meticulously, we will inform others widely, and we will influence change.
